Stepping Into My Purpose at the 4th Annual Author Allstar Dinner

Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 4th Annual Author AllStar Dinner in Atlanta, GA—and what an unforgettable experience it was. I walked in with zero expectations, simply grateful to be surrounded by authors, dreamers, and visionaries who understand the power of storytelling. I never imagined that my journal, And Suddenly Life Got Busy!, would receive such recognition… yet that night, everything shifted.

Receiving these awards reminded me that impact doesn’t happen overnight—it happens when you show up, stay consistent, and trust your purpose. As an introvert, stepping into a room full of accomplished authors could’ve easily pushed me back into my shell, but instead, I felt seen, appreciated, and inspired.

Being surrounded by like-minded individuals lit something inside me. It affirmed that this journey—sharing my story, helping others through journaling, and building a community—has only just begun.

I’m humbled, grateful, and excited for what’s ahead. If this is what stepping out of my comfort zone looks like… I can’t wait to see where the rest of the journey leads. 💛✨
